What is a Persona?

A Persona is a fictitious representation of your buyer. Personas help you and your team to send the right message to the right person.

We hear all the time that marketing and sales teams spend a lot of time creating their Personas - just to put them in some doc in some folder that never gets used again.

With FunnelBud, you can actually use Personas now in your marketing communications. For example, how about an email that has different content based on the Persona assigned to the contact who receives it? You can even do this on your landing pages out of the box!

Personas are assigned automatically, by asking relevant questions on forms, or using automations based on which pages people visit or which other attributes they’ve got.
