4 automations that save time and keep things tidy

Automation for both marketing and sales can save time, ensure that no tasks are missed, and guarantee that all information is sent out. Here are four automations that you should set up (available as ready-made templates in FunnelBud Flow)

Webinar registration

Setting up automation for the entire webinar process is an easy way to save time. A good basic automation might look like this:

When someone registers for a webinar (for example, by filling out a form), you send out a confirmation email. Then you send out a number of reminders, starting a few days before the webinar itself, then on the same day, and then 1 hour before and 10 minutes before. This can be combined with text messages, where the last two reminders are also sent out as text messages.

Meeting booking: Confirmation and reminder

It's an easy way to ensure that the contact doesn't forget about the meeting, that all information prior to the meeting is sent out, and that the contact can also reschedule if something comes up.

Automation is triggered by a meeting booking, after which a confirmation email or text message is sent out. As the meeting approaches, you send out reminders. You can also add documents, instructions, or preparations to the email or text message so that the contact has all the information they need ahead of the meeting.

Rescheduling if they did not show up for the meeting

If you had a meeting scheduled but the contact did not show up, you can send an automatic email or text message asking them to reschedule and including a link to your calendar.

This way, you don't have to follow up manually, and there's no risk of meetings falling through because you forgot to ask them to reschedule.

Missed calls: Follow up automatically

If you, as a salesperson, miss a call, were on another call, or it went to voicemail, you can automatically follow up with a text message asking, for example, when it would be convenient to call back.

You can also set yourself a "task" to follow up on to make sure you don't forget to call back if the contact does not reschedule via the link.
