SharpSpring is now releasing personas, which will assist you in sending the right message to the right person.

What is a persona?

A persona is a fictional representation of your buyer. It helps you and your team create the right message that resonates with your personas.

With SharpSpring, you no longer need to have personas as just a list of attributes—you can use personas in your communications, both in emails and landing pages.

Each contact you have is assigned a persona, either via form fields where they choose how they would describe themselves, or via automations.

When you send emails or when the same contact visits your landing page, you can show different content to different personas.

How do personas help me sell?
